CertiVial Labs was built around a single principle: researchers deserve to know exactly what is in every vial they receive. The research-supply market has too many suppliers relying on documentation they haven't independently confirmed. We're building something different.

Every compound we offer is sourced with a supplier-provided COA on file. We are actively submitting samples to an independent third-party analytical laboratory — HPLC purity, ESI-MS molecular identity, and amino acid analysis — for every batch in our initial catalog. Results are posted to our COA Status page as they are received.

Our catalog is intentionally small. We don't add compounds until the sourcing chain is verified, documentation is on file, and packaging meets our standards. We would rather carry twelve compounds we fully trust than sixty we cannot stand behind.

Shipping. Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping within the USA. Orders under $200 are charged a flat $15 shipping fee confirmed at order confirmation. All orders ship with cold-pack insulated packaging appropriate for the compound type. Tracking provided once shipped.

Dispatch Timeline. Dispatch timelines are confirmed at order confirmation. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates but work to fulfill all confirmed orders promptly.

Returns. Due to the nature of research compounds (temperature-sensitive, perishable, research-use only), all sales are final once shipped. Replacements are considered only for documented shipping damage or fulfillment error. Contact certiviallabs@protonmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

International. USA fulfillment only at this time. International inquiries may be considered case-by-case.
